These terms govern your use of matrixtrak.com, its content, digital products, and consulting services. By using the site you agree to these terms.

1. The website

MatrixTrak publishes engineering articles, free resources, tools, and reference material. Content is provided for informational and educational purposes and is offered “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. You are responsible for how you apply any code or guidance in your own environment.

2. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the text, design, and original code on this site are the property of MatrixTrak. Open-source components are licensed separately as indicated (for example, MIT-licensed source code repositories on GitHub). 3. Digital products

Digital products (such as source-code kits and templates) are sold under the license described on the product page — commonly a paid source-code license that permits use in your own projects but not unrestricted redistribution of the product itself.

Because digital goods are delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law or where the product is materially defective. Contact us if you believe a product is defective.

4. Consulting services

Consulting engagements (assessments, rescue sprints, audits, advisory retainers) are governed by the scope agreed at the start of each engagement, typically confirmed by a written proposal covering deliverables, price, and timeline.

  • Fixed-price engagements: pricing is agreed up front and does not change unless scope changes by mutual agreement.
  • Confidentiality: we are happy to sign an NDA before reviewing any proprietary code or infrastructure.
  • No-fix, no-fee: where an engagement is explicitly offered on this basis and we cannot deliver the stated outcome, the terms of that guarantee apply as described in the proposal.
  • Access: we work in staging environments first and only request production access with your approval.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale without permission, or submit spam or abusive content through its forms. We may block or rate-limit activity we reasonably believe is abusive.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MatrixTrak is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, its content, or purchased products. Content about trading, automation, or software is not financial or legal advice.

7. Changes to these terms
